Insurance claim help

We write the estimate, send it to the adjuster, and keep you updated while the claim moves. In Texas, you choose the shop, not the insurer. We are not on any insurer's preferred-shop list by choice, so we work for you and explain your rights before the claim moves. We push for OEM parts. If your insurer approves aftermarket parts, we tell you first and only use them if you agree.

  • Written estimate for your adjuster
  • OEM parts unless you agree to aftermarket
  • Direct contact with your insurance company
  • Status updates while the claim is open
  • Supplements filed for required work like ADAS calibration

Windshield and auto glass

What we repair

Windshield replacement and auto glass repair from a mobile technician who works out of our shop.

When and where

For special-order glass, he comes to you and does the job at your home.

Windshield and calibration work

On cars with a rain sensor or a camera behind the mirror we use an OEM windshield, because aftermarket glass can keep the camera from calibrating correctly. Windshield replacement does not include ADAS calibration, which is a separate step.

Insurance coverage

If your insurance covers the windshield, it also covers the calibration and any resets needed to finish the job.

  • Windshield replacement
  • Glass repair
  • At the shop, or at your home for special orders
  • OEM windshield on cars with cameras and rain sensors
  • Covered windshields include calibration and resets

ADAS calibration

What ADAS does

ADAS stands for advanced driver assistance systems: the cameras, radar, and sensors behind features like automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control.

When calibration is needed

A crash, a bumper or mirror replacement, suspension work, or a new windshield can knock those sensors out of alignment, so they need to be calibrated before the car goes back on the road.

How the work is done

We calibrate all years, makes, and models, including Teslas and exotic vehicles, at our shop with a mobile technician we work with.

Payment without insurance

Paying without insurance? Every job starts with a $150 pre-scan so we know which systems need calibration, and ends with a $150 post-scan to confirm they work. Most customer-pay jobs run roughly $300 to $600.

  • Camera, radar, and sensor calibration
  • All years, makes, and models, including Teslas and exotics
  • Done at our shop by a technician we work with
  • On an insurance claim, billed to your insurer as a supplement
