Fleet accounts for company vehicles
When a company truck gets hit, you pay twice. Once for the repair, and again for every day it sits instead of working. Our fleet accounts are set up around that. Established accounts get a special rate, free towing, and one contact at the shop for every vehicle, at our Mission and Edinburg shops.
Who fleet accounts are for
We take fleet accounts of all kinds. That includes companies whose vehicles are on a fleet insurance policy and self-insured fleets that pay for their own repairs. If your business runs more than a couple of vehicles in the Valley, it is worth a call.
We repair cars, trucks, and SUVs. If your fleet runs something bigger, call and ask before you send it, so we can tell you whether it is a fit.
What an established account gets
Once the account is set up, every vehicle on it gets the same terms:
- A special rate on repairs
- Free towing for fleet vehicles
- One contact at the shop for every vehicle on the account
- Scheduled turnaround, so trucks aren't sitting longer than they need to
- Our lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials, on every repair
Self-insured fleets
When a fleet pays for its own repairs, there is no adjuster in the middle. The estimate goes to you, or to whoever approves repairs at your company. We write it the same way we would for an insurer, in writing, with the parts and labor spelled out.
If more damage shows up once a panel comes off, we call your contact before that work goes on the bill. You keep control of the spend, and the truck still gets fixed right.
One shop for more than dents
Company vehicles come in with every kind of damage. On one account, we can handle collision and frame work, paint, dent and hail repair, windshield replacement, and ADAS calibration for newer trucks with cameras and radar. Calibration happens at our shop with a technician we work with.
A fleet truck gets the same process as any car we fix. We measure the frame against factory specs, we push for OEM parts, and we walk the repair before it goes back out.
Where we are
Our Mission shop is on Expressway 83 on the west side of the Valley. Our Edinburg shop is at 11700 Rooth Road. McAllen sits between the two. Our towing answers 24 hours a day and covers the Valley and the rest of Texas, so a fleet vehicle that gets hit far from home can still come to one of our shops.
The shops are open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM. A truck that gets towed in at night or over the weekend is at the shop when we open, so your contact can start on the estimate first thing.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of fleets do you work with?
All kinds, including fleets on an insurance policy and self-insured fleets. We repair cars, trucks, and SUVs. For anything larger, call first.
Do you work with self-insured fleets?
Yes. The estimate comes straight to you or your approver in writing, and we check with your contact before adding work.
Is towing free for fleet vehicles?
Yes, for established fleet accounts. Our towing answers 24 hours a day, nights and weekends included.
What is the fleet rate?
Established accounts get a special rate. We don't post it on the site. Call either shop and we will talk it through.
Who do I talk to about a repair?
One contact at the shop handles every vehicle on your account, so you are not explaining the same truck to a new person each time.
Do fleet repairs get the lifetime warranty?
Yes. Every repair carries our lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials, fleet or not.
Do you take fleets based in McAllen or elsewhere in the Valley?
Yes. Fleet accounts are not limited to Mission and Edinburg companies. Our towing covers the whole Valley and the rest of Texas.
Ready to bring your car in?
