Have been to Collision Masters twice and have had amazing experiences both times. The owner, Joel Garcia and his staff stayed open late to receive our vehicle each time and answered any and all questions in the process. We were updated on progress regularly by the knowledgeable staff and the staff were always very professional. This is not a place you ever plan on using, but if you ever need work done I would recommend them to any and everyone.
Celina did an amazing job fighting against the insurance on making sure they used all OEM parts on my vehicle! She was so helpful and informative along the whole process! Cruz helped me understand the repair process and how i could request a diminished value payment from the insurance company. My car looks great-I had a great experience! Highly recommend!

Collision Masters was referred to me by Chis Auto as to where to take my older 2011 Subaru Legacy to find out why water was entering the front passenger side after heavy rains. They are honest and did as they said and were very good keeping me informed. A clogged drain line was fixed and I was happy with the service and price.
